An active student is a currently enrolled learner included in the institution's active academic operations for the applicable billing period. Archived alumni and inactive historical records do not consume active-student capacity.

Are parent accounts charged separately?

No. Parent and guardian accounts are included without separate user-seat pricing.

Are staff accounts charged separately?

No. Staff, teacher and lecturer accounts are included without separate user-seat pricing.

Can we pay annually?

Yes. Annual billing saves 10% compared with twelve monthly payments.

Can schools pay by term?

Termly or institutional invoicing is available on request. We will agree the invoicing arrangement with your institution.

What happens if we exceed our capacity?

If your institution grows beyond its current package capacity, our team will help you move to the appropriate package. No per-student overage price is advertised.

Which plan should a university choose?

Professional suits many tertiary institutions within its capacity and complexity range. Enterprise is designed for large universities, multi-campus institutions, dedicated infrastructure, major migration, bespoke integrations, SSO or contractual SLA requirements.

Are SMS, WhatsApp and payment charges included?

Third-party communication and payment-gateway usage is billed separately where applicable. These services are not represented as unlimited within the base subscription.
